"Introduction to Beekeeping" is one of the beekeeping workshops being offered by the Ontario Beekeepers Association in Guelph next month -- this info just came in! How's that for convenient? :)

Several years ago I studied psychology at Guelph University and beekeeping was a side course that I took. I don’t know if it is still available but you can sure give them a call

Beekeeping courses in the Guelph area? We haven’t had notice of any, but it seems to me that the University of Guelph had an extension workshop a few years back. That would be one place to inquire. You might also get in touch with your Ministry of Agriculture and/or the Ontario Beekeepers Assocation: they’d probably be the people in the best position to know about Ontario beekeeping courses and workshops.
