Using SuperBoost last Summer,I would say it increased the Bees vigour.
The Bees over-wintered well with a large population. This spring. I decided to use a Satchet of SuperBoost. New brood has hatched but now
my Queen has disappeared for reasons unknown. My reasoning is that presently the Pheromone is keeping the bees together, and suppressing the natural tendancy for the workers to start producing drones (for the time being) there are no signs of Queen cells, eggs or new larvae at this time after x3 thorough inspections.
They are very calm and industrious, bringing in good supplies of pollen and nectar. Without the need to nurse and feed brood there should be greater longevity for them. By the time the Pheromone in the hive is exhausted I am hoping to have aquired a new Queen; which hopefully has a chance of being accepted.

I also did experiments with SuperBoost. I was wondering if anyone knew the chemical makeup of the product?

Well, I don't know but if someone pushed me to work harder than I already do...I would stress...Does this product in the long run stress the bees? I mean, they know what to do & when to do it. Could this really be good for them? Like giving workers extra caffeine...there are side effects. I don't kno to trust this. Just my thoughts.
