The Central Beekeepers Alliance was established in 1963, as the Central New Brunswick Beekeepers Association. Our members include hobbyists and commercial beekeepers in communities across central and southwestern New Brunswick, Canada.

The CBA is informally affiliated with both the Maritime Beekeepers Association and the New Brunswick Beekeepers Association.
The primary purpose of the Alliance has always been to promote beekeeping in our province, and to help and encourage new beekeepers. This is carried out through regular meetings, educational programs, public displays, and field days for hands-on experience in apiary skills.
Our regular meetings are held twelve times a year, on the second Tuesday of each month. Twice a year, we combine our monthly meeting with a potluck supper.
Annual membership fee is only five (5) dollars, but anyone interested in beekeeping is welcome to attend a CBA meeting — come to our next meeting and see what it’s all about!
